Docking is definitely personality for men's. As a player, Docking was even more intense than Porter. Wow! Not sure if Docking is an intense coach like Porter, though I imagine he is.

I cannot disagree. Lolla left for Louisville because he wrongly perceived that he could not recruit the very best at Akron. That and the RPI. Porter proved Lolla wrong. Bobby is correct that Ohio is rife with D1 players. But during Porter, we have picked from the very best in the entire country. Frequently, those two categories overlap (Nagbe, Zemanski, Speas, Sarkodie, Barson, Trapp, Souders, Foldesy). This is a testament to the quality of Ohio Youth Soccer.
