  1. You are the statistical analyst. How many GKs taken in 1st round? I guess that most GKs are taken later than 1st round or are free agents.
  2. .......From your mouth to God's ears........
  3. Shocked? I would be shocked if CP agreed to a deal without control of personnel. How many rounds in MLS draft?
  4. Right. And MAC is bad for RPI. Zips had better win out.
  5. DM has always been a fine shot stopper. He has steadily improved all other aspects of his game throughout his career.
  6. I have been among his detractors, but Meves is having the best season of his Zips career. Keep up the stellar work, David! http://www.gozips.com/sports/msoc/2012-13/.../201210150z8kp3 Do not be surprised to see Meves drafted to Timbers.
  7. Last year's team would have given up at least a goal. At least you got the feed. I bought it, but I did not see it.
  8. No surprise there. You just described Huskie teams for the last decade, or more. Another Quality road win for Zips! Was Fives injured?
  9. Hire Dino McIntyre. http://www.walshjesuit.org/s/261/walshjesu...1&pgid=1852
  10. Docking is definitely personality for men's. As a player, Docking was even more intense than Porter. Wow! Not sure if Docking is an intense coach like Porter, though I imagine he is.
  11. I refer to this guy, HC Jackson Fury and Jackson HS. http://www.jacksonfury.com/Club_Info/Background.htm
  12. Why did Fives come off? Is Schmitt playing LB?
  13. Hire Frank Gagliardi.
  14. Paid video feed is not working.
  15. I cannot disagree. Lolla left for Louisville because he wrongly perceived that he could not recruit the very best at Akron. That and the RPI. Porter proved Lolla wrong. Bobby is correct that Ohio is rife with D1 players. But during Porter, we have picked from the very best in the entire country. Frequently, those two categories overlap (Nagbe, Zemanski, Speas, Sarkodie, Barson, Trapp, Souders, Foldesy). This is a testament to the quality of Ohio Youth Soccer.
  16. This looks suspiciously similar to the letter written to TW. http://internationalsoccernetwork.com/blog...ian-maisonneuve
  17. Figures! Please provide first impression of Derschang's injury.
  18. I understand your point, Yaz. I wonder what the national position pays. Even more salient point elucidated on BigSoccer is that Reyna is (unbelievably) not degreed. Nor is Waldo. Who is Waldo? (Not WHERE is Waldo. ) Poster on BigSoccer refers to Waldo and Reyna in the same sentence.
  19. There is no way I can say that any better. Last home match, I was told that Claudio Reyna was runner-up to Porter for replacing Lolla. Is that true?
  20. George Thomas is a wanker!
  21. Answer: They might stay to further develop in a collegiate atmosphere vs. languishing on an MLS reserve team. Ask Ben Speas about this subject. I hope our sophomores think long and hard on it. The MLS is more than happy for their potential assets to mature in a good program while not earning a salary. THAT is why it is tremendously important that this next coach have real juice in the soccer community. He must be a coach for which perspective professionals want to play. He also must be a coach the MLS respects and trusts.
  22. Brian Maisonneuve is currently Assistant Coach at Indiana; Louisville was his previous stop prior to 2010. Who is Head Coach at Indiana? Todd Yeagley is Head Coach at Indiana (of course), and Yeagley will have that job until he no longer wants it. If Maisonneuve wants to run his own program, his representatives had better already be talking to TW. An opportunity like Akron will not likely come around again anytime soon.
  23. Pray that our Sophomores stay!
  24. "anything after this is going to look a little slower"
