Zips must get a result from Ann Arbor to have any hopes of a first round bye in the NCAA tourney. Wolverines need the match even more than we do, just to make the tourney at large. This will be an extremely tough match, one the Zips will need to dig deep to win. Frankly, I doubt this squad has what is necessary to take all three points. Depends on who is healthy. Go Zips! ... but I don't know. I have not missed a match since 2006, but it is difficult to consider 2013 season exactly enjoyable.

Yeah. There are many reasons more than just soccer to leave the MAC, but only if the destination is a high profile, well-rounded conference such is the Big East. No reason to leave the MAC for, say, Conference USA. The obvious problem with that idea is that our Football is so bad, no other conference but the MAC will take us. Seriously. Joining the Big East has definitely been discussed, among others.
