I question the where about of David Harvey on the depth chart. I a three or four WR set is Havery on of the slot Wr? If this is correct does he not show on the depth chart for being a slot WR. I have a hard time thinking this young man will not see the field at all. He is to fast to have sitting on the bench. Anybody got the scoop?

You must have acrobat reader to see the pdf. IF you don't have it you can download it for free. Lemon is now showing on the roster @ gozips.com.Also there are a few new names listed. I am guess these are walkons.Walked by practice yesterday and there were several starters sitting out watching. Hopefully in 2 weeks all will be ready for action.

Capn',How did I not see you I was there also. I saw less than you did cause of my over actvie 4 year old. I was just there for drills and saw no game action. The only down side was a GA came over and asked me to leave. He said coach wants the practice to be closed. He was very nice and we were on our way out so I did not put up a fight. I still feel if they want to closed practice then they need to put a trap up along the fence. Other wise sorry but it is a free world and I can stand where I want to........

How does the Zips season ticket prices compare to Cincinnati? I would say they are very close in comparison to us. What do they charge for parking??

Here is the reason they had to refund money to early season ticket buyers. The out going administration setup the season ticket packages even though they were leaving and then put out on gozips.com. So when the new people came in the decided to charge a cheaper price.....So don't blame the refund on the new people....

The regular tailgate area which is the lower bowl by he air dock is $25 for a season pass or what ever the per game charge will be. PArk down here this is where the party is at.

Peyton will have to sit. And he should be coming this semester because you have to sit out a full year when you transfer from Div 1A to Div 1A.Brinson is a different story. If he has the grades and get his release from WV then he could play this year. This would be the same as Dennis Kennedy. But if his grades are not in order then he must sit.

Ok I have a question. I read on a WV message board he did not have the grades to get into WV. So is he coming to akron to try to get his grades up this year in hopes to play next year? Or does he qualify at Akron but has to sit becaues of the transfer rule?This kid is a greta player but he has had grade problems.......I wish him luck.

Lemon most likely will redshirt. And if they know a guy is going ot redshirt sometimes they do not put them on the roster for the first season. Also I want to say you are only allowed some many plaers on the pre season camp roster but once the season starts you can add more. Don't quote but I think that is correct.To answer the Jackson question yes he can go any where he wants now. Even if you sign the letter of intent it is void if you go to prep school. Emory Moore was a DL from Massillon and he signed with Penn State but went to prep school and then went on to Kentucky for college. I am a little worried to but hopefully he will stay committed.

Johnny Peyton a WR from the class of '04 BIO has left the Univeristy of South Florida. The rumor is he may be headed for Akron. SourceThis would be a great pickup for the zips. Another 6-5 WR.
