Charles Guthrie today had a tweet.....where he had a picture of the soccer team practicing. Spring semester started on January 9th. Today is January 24. If any coaches or the soccer SID is reading this blog, when are the zips going to update the web site to show the 2023 soccer spring roster? I know that myself and many other zips soccer tans would love to know if the zips added any transfers in January. I would also love to know if any of the zips fall 2023 recruits started college a semester early.

Dyson Clapier invited to 2022 MLS College Showcase

I am certainly not an expert on this subject. However, when I look at the 2021 showcase participants below , I see several that played college soccer in 2022 Indiana - Daniel Munie, Herbert Endeley Pittsburgh - Bertin Jacqueson Syracuse - Levonte Johnson I believe that Carlo Ritaccio participated in a showcase in 2019 or 2020 and then decided to come back to school. The MLS teams will give showcase players feedback as to when (or if) they will be traded. If the player does not like their draft prospects, they can come back to school. https://www.topdrawersoccer.com/college-soccer-articles/2021-mls-college-showcase-roster_aid50288 -

England newspaper did player ratings for Canada vs. Belgium https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-11463089/Belgium-1-0-Canada-PLAYER-RATINGS-Roberto-Martinezs-labour-opening-World-Cup-victory.html I can't get the writeup on Richie to copy and paste.... click on the article...and you can see that Richie was tied with Eustaqio as the highest rated Canada player. One Nottingham paper ...is calling for Nottingham Forest.....to revoke Richie's loan to MLS as many Nottingham fans were very impressed by Richie. -
