FYI Longwood University (Big South Conference) Brother is the assistant coach and At 15-17 (5-11 conference) they are hosting a CBI Tournament game against Southern Miss. I been on record in here saying the problem is the leadership starting with the MAC Commish After the Big Ten got screwed the past 2 years in football guess who is retiring? = the Commish and I can confirm that is more of a push out. its time for us to hold the commish accountable. The years we got screwed over Not once did the commish speak out defending our resume. Again everyone from the ADs to the Commish is fine and dandy because their main concern is football. In a perfect world I want to leave the MAC but I know thats not possible right now. If no one speaks out Nothing will change.

Kent was a 10 seed that year but all you are talking about are Conference Champions = 1 Team thats it. In the past 15 years there have been many MAC worthy enough of an at large bid and thats my argument. The MAC continues to get shitted on period.

Honestly leaving the MAC would be a dream to me but based on how much $$$$$ we have dumped into our Football program that is not possible and to be fair the football side of it is fine. Its the basketball side I believe the MAC Commissioner and even our AD have done a pee poor job in defending not only our resume but also other teams in the conference when warranted. For other conferences to consider us we have to get our football and basketball programs back up. In Recent years prior it would of been a great time to put our name out there. Speaking to higher ups we are a financial disaster right now. Football season tickets are going for $60 right now. we are desperate.
