Oh look Nebraska is struggling against Colorado

I am so deflated about last night. National television prime time under the lights against a Big Ten team for the world to see and this happens. I feel for the kids and staff and FU to anyone looking down hating on anyone who are positive about this Zips team believing they could win last night. I was one of them who believed and its YOU people who have that negative perception never giving the Zips a chance against Power 5 teams that hold us back. I watched Appalachian State run with Penn State who were favored by 24 take them to OT and Maryland without a Head Coach, Athletic Director and President upset Texas. Anything is possible. Sorry for the rant but I just hate to see negative comments when I come in here.

Lacrosse is becoming a very popular sport. Its time for us to recognize and support whatever we have.

Regardless what league/organization they are playing in im appalled at the fact that the mens lacrosse team is not featured on GoZips.com and literally the only website you can find them on is http://uakronlacrosse.com/ that hasn't been updated in 3 years but yet the University doesn't mind them having an official twitter account. Either we Do or we Don't have an official Mens Lacrosse team. Athletic Department needs to clear that up. Hell I didn't know they existed until I saw this tweet

I am not in favor of scheduling cupcakes as I regard some schools in the MAC like Eastern Michigan as a cupcake so I have no problem with this schedule.

Thats exactly how I feel. If he didn't just spend months trying to get the UCF job and step down for the same reasons he claims I would have no problem with his decision at all but don't give me that lame a$$ excuse now citing exhaustion when you just tried and failed to get a more demanding job.

Trust me these days if you want to donate Akron will accept damn near anything including food stamps. They will accommodate your terms. These days many who donate prefer to do so anonymously. Department of Development will accommodate that request.

Is Akron better off compared to when he became President? NO and yall will soon find out once stones get un turned with him out the picture 4. Criticism comes with the job. Ask ANY University President. What you expect the media and everybody to Baby him? Some of you need to grow a pair and support the University you invested in instead of allowing your university to continue being a pawn and walked over

Unless you are a President of a University which their primary role is to raise money from donors none of us can really relate to that position.

Who gives a crap. If money was an issue his goofy ass should of never accepted the job in the first place. Its a goddamn shame we basically respected his ass more than he respected us and Its like Students and Alums are perfectly fine with basically being labeled inferior to other universities. Yes go right ahead and use our University as a pawn for better opportunities Like sports we are perfectly fine with being the side chick smh

Out of 18 UA Presidents he is now the 5th to have served 2 years or less. I am quite sure the board would not hire or promote anyone President of their University if they knew he would not only serve for just 17 months but also actively pursue the position at another University not even 1 year into his job especially after getting a 22% Raise this past October. So to answer your question yes I can understand if he was referenced or approached for the job but this dude voluntarily applied.
