Not missing anything. It is stream not found. Was not working for the Buffalo womens games, so I had a bad feeling. I will honestly do this for theMAC FOR FREE...and "train" everyone necessary on how to use UStream. It's so much better, can be watched on all smart phones, and is easily embeddable. It would be the best thing for this backwater/small-time conference.

Judging by the vote, it's becoming obvious how much of a soccer school we've become. It's our biggest draw attendance wise (real attendance, not inflated UA-bought-the-tickets attendance) and we've really created an awesome atmosphere. After what transpired yesterday and the likely future of the football team, I think that trend will continue. Though I really hope the basketball team can start drawing some real crowds, as they are a BLAST to watch in person. poll link

Thanks mes102....yeah, i expected soccer to be the #1 sport with the average zips fan (so far 84% of voters went to a soccer game), but the interesting thing is basketball is still ahead of football. I also see that i'm still the only tennis vote lol.

wait, Cvetinovic played last night? I can't even recall a play he was in. Seriously though, he's plenty athletic enough to play with these guys at their pace. It was him. It was regarding local recruits and how it'd essentially be foolish to assume that they'd even consider somewhere like akron. He was a total a-hole in the comments section and was insanely unprofessional.

LOL Paul Winters is the odds on favorite to be the new HC. He played here in the mid to late 70's Everyone referred to the school as "Akron U" back then. It was in the late 70's to early 80's that there was a push to get people using U of A as it was considered more respectable. The idea was to improve the image and reputation. So......if Winters is hired...don't be surprised if he makes a slip once or twice GUYS, GUYS! Look at the top heading...this is the "Soccer" forum. If you want to have a debate about semantics and solely American sports, please PM In The Zone from across the pond. And BTW, as a born-and-bread Akronite, I can testify, it was only when the number of non-Akronite graduates of UA climbed to near the number of Akronites that this subject became a clamor. Akron U is not the proper name of the university, it's just what we locals call it. If I were a former Massachussets businessman I might bet something like 10 grand that RfR44 gradded from a HS outside Summit County. Anybody wanna take me up on that -- I mean anybody want to back me with house money? LOL....my ZN.o profile says i'm from Wadsworth so yeah...good call. I dont understand why people have been so worried about this facility. It's awesome and right up on the field. When i heard that they were hosting it at a southern minor league baseball stadium I knew it would be nice.
