MDZip
I thought it might be a little early to start this topic, but then realized it is a mere 2 1/2 weeks until game time. So who's planning on going? I ordered 6 tickets through the Zips ticket office but I haven't gotten them yet. Anybody received theirs yet? So who's going (and any of you Penn State lurkers need not reply ).

MDZip
There have been mentions of Akron area watch parties and a few random mentions of who's going on other threads, but who is planning on being there for one of the biggest upsets of the season? It is only days away!

scottditzen
To all who are going, make certain that you stop by downtown and sample some of the pizza and subs, even if it's 2am.PSU is just close enough to the east coast to have some ridiculously great I-talian food. Lititzlion
Just wanted to welcome all of you who are coming, especially the first-timers. You'll be treated well. Enjoy your visit and the game-time atmosphere in the Beav. Arrive early if you can. I suggest that, if possible, you wait a couple hours after the game before you try to leave. Traffic is pretty hideous. Post game is a great time to wander the campus and explore downtown. However, if you're hungry for ice cream and want to hit the Creamery right down the road from the stadium, do that before the game. After the game the lines are ridiculous.I'll be in section NH just a couple sections to your right, assuming you're in the visitors section. It's going to be a beautiful day to finally kick off the season!
zippy_ua_00
time i was there i went when we lost like 70-something, i cant recall the final. anyway i had a great time minus the lion roar everytime something good, or in our case, bad happened. Unfortunatly i wont be going. i got a new job and im required to work tomorrow but i will be DVR the game. everyone that is going have fun and dont burn too many couches or overturn too many cars when the zips win
