zipinnc Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 Now that we've got a real dadgum football coach, who's hired a staff, and he's ready to coach-up our players (and win some games). Let's figure out what we'll call him on these forums. C'mon y'all, let's get after it!!!!!!!!!! Quote
akzipper Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 Still think T-Bow is too close to Tebow. I know different pronunciation, but online you really can't emphasize that. Unless you want to add a (\ˈbau̇\) after every time you type that haha. Maybe just "T-Bowd"?? TB doesn't work, all I think of is tuberculosis. Not a good thing Just simply "bowden" could work but 95% of America would get him confused with his dad or brother Tommy. Since I think they are two of the more famous Bowdens. Quote
K92 Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 AK-Bowdy is pretty good. Gave me a chuckle. Quote
Dave in Green Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 When you've got it, flaunt it: Coach Bowden Quote
Spin Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 Big Man On Campus Just doesn't have the same ring as Coach Iadon'tknow... Quote
Dr Z Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 Coach BowdenThis is what I'm going with out of respect, and what the name has meant to college football. Quote

CoachGerry Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 how about Slim, or Flounder? I dont care what we call him as long as we win. I am sure he doesnt care what you call him either, as long as it aint "late to dinner". Quote
NewZipsFan Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 When you've got it, flaunt it: Coach Bowden Hands down, the best possible choice. Those two words - "Coach Bowden" - say everything that you'd want your players, community, fans, alumni, staff and media to know. Thousands of players for SIXTY YEARS have been proud to call their coach, Coach Bowden. Quote

johnnyzip84 Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 Ok, "Peachy Keen-er." Sounds like a great name for a jello shot recipe to be unleashed on Lot 9 in 2012. Quote

K92 Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 Thanks to CK, I am a Sriratcha junkie. I feel like I was cheated not finding out about it earlier. It's good on nearly everything except jello shots. Quote
