ZachTheZip
He's located in the middle of nowhere. It's very possible he was overlooked. I'll trust that the coaching staff knows what they're doing.
NewZipsFan
Seriously what are these? high schools? I never heard of them and I follow D3 sports All you have to remember are these two things: Coach Amato is from PA Coach Amato is the Linebackers Coach. Period. Done. Finished. 'Nuff said. akzipper
Did you read what I posted? Coach Amato is not going to bring in any players, let alone a LB, that he doesnt believe can play for us. Bowden stated he was going to acknowledge all scholarships promised by Ianello. I'm sure there are plenty of these recruits they really didn't want.

I'm sure there are plenty of these recruits they really didn't want. I promise you they are not going to give any player a scholarship that they do no believe will contribute to the team. Period. And Dylan was not offered by Ianello. Again, Amato is from PA... Amato is one of, if not the best, linebacker coach in the country. 'Nuff said! NewZipsFan
Thanks NZF! The majority of us get it. This kid is also a "dadgum" good wrestler. Our coaches love players who are good wrestlers.
ZachTheZip
Another local article. This sentence is interesting: "Evans, also a stellar wrestler and baseball player, is expected to be joined by Nazareth quarterback Daniel Harding at Akron." I can't find any information to confirm this.
Captain Kangaroo
Another local article. This sentence is interesting: "Evans, also a stellar wrestler and baseball player, is expected to be joined by Nazareth quarterback Daniel Harding at Akron." I can't find any information to confirm this. Harding seems like a player. Hope the expectation turns-out to be true.

For his career, Harding holds school records for 5,541 passing yards and 52 touchdowns. Harding, wide receiver Adam Bridgeforth of Nazareth, defensive back Anthony Orlando of Liberty and linebacker Rob Dvoracek of Parkland all made the first team in Class AAAA. Bridgeforth was Harding's favorite target this fall, catching 82 passes for 1,221 yards and eight touchdowns. Pen Argyl standout Dylan Evans made first team running back in Class AA. Evans, also an accomplished defensive back, rushed for 2,064 yards and 29 touchdowns in sparking the Green Knights to the Colonial League and District 11 Class AA titles. Pa. johnnyzip84
Harding is an intriguing prospect. Perhaps the log jam at QB gets a little bigger. I guess I'd rather have 9 QBs than 9 TEs
johnnyzip84
It looks like UA benefited from the coaching turnover at Pitt, WVU, and Rutgers to land Dylan.
RowdyZip
It looks like UA benefited from the coaching turnover at Pitt, WVU, and Rutgers to land Dylan. So he'll be playing LB at UA according to that link. There's definitely some guys that could surprise in this class. I just can't wait to see the new offense.
