johnnyzip84 Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 It's hard to see Butler football being anywhere near competitive in the A-10. Quote

GP1 Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 that's a nice bb league. I'll get to see them play once a year. Went to my first game last year and really enjoyed it. UNCC actually has NCAA Final Four banners hanging in their arena...kind of neat. Quote
skip-zip Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 I'm sure Ianello would have found a way to lose to them! And the strategy may have started by kicking off in both halves of the game. Ahhh, the fond memories. Quote

Districtballer Posted May 14, 2012 Report Posted May 14, 2012 Looks like VCU is joining Butler in the Atlantic 10 as well. http://www.cbssports.com/collegefootball/b...murphy/19042989 VCU is leaving the Colonial Athletic Association and will join the Atlantic 10 Conference in 2013, industry sources told CBSSports.com. VCU is the second new addition to the Atlantic 10, joining Butler, which is leaving the Horizon League for the A-10. An official announcement of VCU's move will be made this week, sources said. Quote

Captain Kangaroo Posted May 14, 2012 Report Posted May 14, 2012 The A-10 picks up two recent Final Four teams?! That leapfrog's them into an elite-level conference. Their commissioner is a keeper. Quote
Big Zip Posted May 14, 2012 Report Posted May 14, 2012 Wow...great pick-ups for the A-10. Would certainly like to have a Commish with that kind of drive Quote
