Their forum sounds an awful lot like ours with some of the stupid arguments back and forth on non-sense focused on a word or two used by someone. I thought it was comical. The talk about their marketing department sounded very familiar.

Lost at home to fcs school

You still think this is a toss up? I don't think any neutral football fan would choose team B over team A.

I'd feel a lot better about potentially picking up win #4 if it was more a consequence of playing good football rather than playing terrible Mac bottom feeders. Man this has been some ugly football. 3 lost fumbles in 1 quarter and some stupid penalties. I wouldn't be shocked if we lost.

Poorly played and almost seemed like a loss, but I'll take the win. Most wins in a season since 2007!

After a terrible start full of turnovers, we get the win. I will take it! A win is a win is a win is a win. Count those...four of them, and I like our chances to finish the season strong on Black Friday against Toledo.

Not exciting to watch, but I'll take a win. We just have to get better play out of the QB position. 3rd downs are crucial to a teams success, and we couldn't have been worse today on the offense side.

UMass and Can't are obviously not good teams. But I still give the Zips defense credit for giving up only 20 combined points in the last two games. If the Zips can pull off an upset of Toledo, they'd finish 4-4 in the MAC. A .500 MAC season would be beyond expectations.

And with this win, Akron is now officially undefeated against every team on the schedule with a losing record or from the FCS. We beat every team we were supposed to beat, for the first season in a very long time.
