Hilltopper
Jackson is a beast. Got to see him play twice. A tough inside runner.

zipdiehard
Hope I'm wroing, but Martice Jackson does not look like a D1 recruit. Have seen him play multiple times over the past few years. Slow to the hole. A little short, but built well. My sons are athletes at Wadsworth, and from what they are hearing it sounds like he may be a walk on, not a scholarship player. Apparently Martice is saying that he is getting "some" financial help from Akron.

Big Zip
Do coaches take borderline players from certain programs to help get a foothold with the program or the area? I'm not suggesting completely throwing away a scholarship but is this a strategy used by MAC coaches.Matrice if slow to hole (as suggested) may not be coming here to play RB. I can't be the only person who expected a 5'11" FB in HS to come to Akron and play NT. Cody Grice has been pretty impressive in his transition to the DL. However, Rittman and Wadsworth are not those programs.Cleveland Glenville, Buchtel, McKinley, Massillon, etc are.

Will they sign tomorrow or are they already considered signed and how many of them are there. Would they be counted in the 14?Go Zips!!!Things are looking UP!!!! ZachTheZip
Interesting news about Dennis. He should still be announced with this year's class, like we did with last year's greyshirts.
Captain Kangaroo
OK, everyone remember to act surprised when the class announced tomorrow includes most or all of: Bolden, Clayton, Cull, Lash, Logan, and Suesbury. No one cared to pick up on this? I trust Zipmeister's info above all the other random garbage.Looking forward to seeing some assortment of Chase Lash (OL Massilon), Austin Cull (TE Beaver Creek), Marcelis Logan (RB Lexington Ky), Demetrius Suesberry (CB Winton Woods), Bolden and Clayton too.
