I'm not sure it is a mistake. Part of the current season took place in 2014 and the survey is for season ticket holders. So them asking if you had been to a game in 2014 would've included games this season. Quote

I just shared my thoughts that occurred as I was taking the survey.I thought there was a question earlier in the survey that asked if I was a season ticket holder, so I figured it was open to anyone. This would obviously be a radio station piece but could be quite entertaining.The survey was way to freaking long. Quote
