Penn State Exhibition just 16 days away. Regular Season right behind. Who'll be the Zips #1 scoring threat, and who'll be the consistent defensive stalwart in 2017? It's a pretty seasoned team, no true freshmen. I'm placing my bets on Sudden Sam Gainford to be biggest threat, and Nick Hinds to step up this season on D. Maybe Shane too? Your thoughts?

I agree. The whole season depends on the offense in my opinion. I think it's a fair opinion that the defense could improve quite a bit over last year and still blow. Yes, they were that bad. Woodson and Ball need to be healthy and the OL and WR units need to come up large. Milwee calling a good game is also necessary for the offense to be worth a tinker's damn. If the Zips can't prolifically score points, we are in for a long year. If they can, we probably go to a bowl.

The crazy part about this season is that nobody has any flipping idea of how this season will turn out. I wouldn't be anymore surprised if we were 8-4 as if we were 4-8. The MAC is really bad. Can't wait to see how things unravel.

I like how AJ does a better job than GT....

Because GT has to justify his job and go "look, I've posted my required videos to the website" and all of his managers will applaud him. When questioned on the lack of views, he'll conveniently say "it's because Zips fans don't care/barely exist!" Instead of the quality sucking therefore we know to stay away from it/cancel our subscriptions because of (which I recently did). And then when ZNO and zips fans complain about it, he'll unapologetically claim "it's because Zips fans don't generate traffic!" So essentially GT has created a circle where he's only accountable to himself and his own laziness. Brass are happy he's at least doing it, Zips fans don't view it because they know it's crap, it's crap because of his own laziness, he uses the non-click of Zips fans as evidence as to why he can continue doing the lazy work he is doing. So annoying.
