Not sure I can help you if it needs explained, I'm not 100% sure on who is a non qualifier & I don't want to use the kids names without being sure but all St V kids in but one, they do them all at the same time so my guess he is a non qualifier, same from East & Kobie is in now & there is 2 other kid from Akron public I have heard are non qualifier, so if you have seen everyone guessing what is going on I've been trying to help without throwing the kids name out, I'm starting to confuse myself, sorry just trying to be respectful but I have heard of 4 not qualifying again, from rumors or people in community just talking so not 100% sure & I can be wrong

I believe we have them, they may not qualify, i don't want to say a kids name not being absolutely sure but I have heard a few of them fall into that circumstance but just think, the St V guys are in come to your conclusion on the other, the East guys are in, same on one not in, the school does a signing & makes a big deal out of it & fax the NLOI in

I believe they are all coming, but if they don't qualify I don't believe you will see signed release, they will have to do a year of school to become eligible

You can be enrolled & practice spring ball if your a Juco transfer like Johns or if you graduate early but you still need to sign I believe

Football has been one of the few college sports without an early signing period, joined only by soccer and water polo. Basketball's early signing period has been considered a major success, because colleges do not have to continually recruit committed prospects once they've signed. that is a cut & paste out of NCAA rules on football national signing

Non qualifiers can't practice or be on sidelines of games, they can get some athletic perks like tudors, team workouts, free tickets to games

I don't think they would pull an offer, but you seen his picture with coach Bowden, he is small for a LB & he didn't get the warm & fuzzy feeling & said he didn't feel comfortable spending the next 4-5 years here, that is a smart decision if he feels that way cause he probably would of ended up getting home sick & quitting anyway

I don't think any of them are gimmes Offense we had starting QB & RB injuries 2/3 of WR core turn over, lost best OL defense whole d line got hurt for most part, may have lost a LB & both corners good news, Woodson should return healthy after surgery, looks like Ball is gonna get another year & will see if anyone steps up at WR (IMO Chapman becomes slot with all new QB's) hopefully Boxen returns strong, need some D-lineman to step up & I think we have a better LB coming in this year from Pitt after sitting last year & maybe move Davis to a CB as safeties should be ok with everyone healthy we we have a lot of work to do

I believe 25 is max but you can blue shirt if you end up having more than 25, blue shirt puts them on the following years recruiting class, may be used for a couple of reasons but a lot of times to allow a unqualified student to have a year to get grades where they need to be or a gray shirt goes on following year & comes in & takes limited classes at there own expense & as PWO status but think they may want to scholarship them but gives them another year to look at and evaluate
