I guess you never played or coached, I know it’s a cliche but the most important game on our schedule right now is Miami period, on top of that if we lose to Ohio we are out if we lose to Miami, again I think that makes the Miami game important, we beat Miami no matter the outcome of the Ohio game we are still alive, I think common sense would say that it matters, next scenario win Miami & Ohio do you rest some crucial players & get some good experience for players against Kent so if needed in a Championship game because of injury, that could prove very beneficial, Miami game as of right now is the most important game of the season for many reasons

That’s the point I was kinda making, we have to beat Miami, not trying to pick @skip-zip but it does matter, I think we can beat Ohio but I think our odds are better that we beat Miami & Kent & Buffalo pulls the upset in Buffalo over Ohio (maybe weather like we had last year)

I really don’t know this for sure but my thoughts is everyone is going to streaming. I think that takes a lot of advertising money out of scenario. The package I have has all the ESPN channels & almost all the sports channels & the ones you don’t have you can download the app on your Roku or fire stick but back to point is a lot of times it comes up a screen commercial in progress so it is taken big money out of there pockets but you get all the channels you want with different packages for 30-60 dollars a month compared to hundreds when you have a lot of TV’s with equipment rentals & programming, you have a 1 time fee for buying the roku or fire stick & it saves you a ton

Your right but I do disagree in one since, win next week against Miami & it does matter. Ohio has Toledo a probable loss, Akron & Buffalo at Buffalo & they could lose that & we still win East losing to Ohio

I agree with recruiting process, we need to finish this year, it will help, most people on here don’t understand because we have no coverage, zero coverage There are 21 freshman with the team, 7 of them have played, Booker the most PT, Burkhart & Meeks are special teams, Sampson in rush packages, Williams, Brimage & Jacobs have all played a few plays All everyone knows is they only announced 13 because at time of signing day where non qualifiers, some got grades up last semester or raised ACT to be qualifiers & participate, a few others are working behind the scenes & will start in spring i think heading in right direction as biggest downfall was just getting other teams problems in here & being pretty good but if they don’t stay or get hurt we didn’t have any depth, the depth is better & hopefully will be better after this recruiting year & program continues in the right direction With that said I think if you want to run the spread you need bigger receivers, they must need to be able to block & run the ball. You use the whole field in a spread, get in open field, create mismatches, we are calling RPO plays with a QB that isn’t a threat & throw vertical all the time & those are low % passes, I like Woodson & think he should be QB, just using spread differently & not so much RPO as there is little QB threat on ground, get bubbles & stays in the passing game & spreads defense out & helps running game & deep threat if they got to play tight to LOS to stop stays & bubbles i am still bullish that East is in our grasp GO ZIPS

@CDMac & @Dr Z, please understand I could be completely wrong this week, this is what we have been doing since 2nd half of Troy, game plan could be 4 wide & pass this week, my bet is they stay the same that has kept them in close games. We could also fall behind & have to open it up, I don’t have an agenda was just adding to someone else’s WR comment

Trust me since Troy he has been limited, he is starting H receiver (4 wide) we have only been in it in obvious passing downs & he subs for Coney in (3 wide) which have been in a lot & we have also been in double tight end quite a bit

His reps are down & so are his receptions, he plays mostly the H back reps when 4 wide & we have had at least 1 tight end on the field most of the time, your statement is false, sorry
