I see liberty lost to a 2-3 FCS team, I thought they were good

I don't expect much from Hunter (I really hope I'm wrong but idk)
  3. AkronAlumnus
He needs to be 1st team bc Freeman can't do it all and we lost Dawson who was one of our better guys. More pressure on Hank/Tribble

I see Akron was included in ESPNs most recent edition of America's 10 worst teams. UA 6th worst & BGSU 7th worst https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/34776918/college-football-bottom-10-welcoming-oklahoma-red-river-rout?platform=amp

I think Akron can do better than DJI
  8. AkronAlumnus
Will Akron be the pre-season favorite? My intuition says yes, Freeman and X will be first team.
  9. AkronAlumnus
Akron is one of the worst teams in the country. CMU will cover and then some.

27-13 OU, unfortunately.... Before the season, I would have picked UA to win this one but not anymore

Most points dropped in stoppage time in MLS history...

    leave porter in Charlotte

Another 2-0 disappears - in extras - ending in another draw. The Columbus Crew are the gold standard of choke artists
  21. AkronAlumnus
It's either out played or out coached
  22. AkronAlumnus
Playoffs - Crew is in 8th and the top 7 qualify
  23. AkronAlumnus
Yeah players get comfortable and schemes vary. They were up 10 points in the fourth

Historically OU is leaps and bounds better than Akron in FB. We haven't beaten them since 2018 and this Akron team doesn't seem to be the one to do it. If they can't beat bgsu who many thought was the MACs worst product I think they'll struggle against OU.
  25. AkronAlumnus
I think bgsu was beating Akron handedly enough that they got content and took their foot off the gas. When the biggest position of need is also Akron's greatest liability, it's hard to say UA beat UA
