Welp, I was wrong and now it makes no sense to me that the game is at 1 pm on Friday.

With it being rescheduled, they probably have other live events that are already airing later in the day. That's my guess as to why it's at 1 pm on a Friday. Plus the conference championship game and not wanting to conflict with that.

All three went to the MVC, announced sometime last week.

Hopefully something can change there. FloSports is terrible and very overpriced.

I don't think they've shown the formula necessarily. Not everyone has the size or physicality to pull off their game plan.

Kingsford went off also with an injury against WMU, but he seemed to be okay. He was warming up on the sidelines trying to get back in. Hopefully he can go on Sunday, we'll need him.

No offense to them, but let's hope it's Cleveland State since I feel like us having two big goal scorers out would be less of a big deal against them.

Looking at the roster, the team looks a little thin on depth, especially with Dawson out. Kinda has me concerned now, as I wasn't aware that Dawson was out.

I'm pretty sure the MAC needs to add a 6th team next year to keep the automatic bid. I think a conference can only have under 6 teams one year and keep the automatic bid. So they'll likely just add a new team who is looking for a soccer conference in order to keep the bid. Like when they added Georgia State and Georgia Southern for one year, last year.

While it's not the full re-design we might want, I think it would be a good step forward. Getting rid of the wooden bleachers is big step, both from a comfort and visual perspective. Getting rid of the light blue seats and the railing, plus adding seats instead of bleachers on the top of the one side will be nice.

Jared says in this article that he thinks the Zips need to win this Sunday to ensure a spot in the NCAA tournament. Zips won 8-0 against Chicago State on the road several weeks ago. I wouldn't expect that result again, but it SHOULD be a pretty easy win.
