    brookhart will be with the Zips for at least 4 more years unless he's gunning for a job in Colorado, which could happen.And Getsy really hurt his chances for the NFL today. He'll be a late round pick at best.I'm not trying to be negative about all of this, I'm just being realistic.

    The whole "White out <insert team here>" or "Red Out <Insert team here>" is so f-ing unoriginal. Its about as original as playing freaking Michael Buffer's "Let's get ready to Rumble" before a game. I hope to God we don't "Gold Out" North Texas.Here's an idea for Can't State we came up with a week or so ago: Give all the students cheap toy duck calls and turkey calls. Every time we sack the Can't QB...make Can't punt...create a turnover, etc. the student chant "ON THE HUNT" and blast into the duck calls. That would be sweet.
    Not that would be funny as hell and VERY entertaining!! LOL!!

    I am changing my prediction..I think we blow them out. Yes I said it!! BLOW THEM OUT!!! Our Offense hasn't click from jump yet. I think this is the week our offense clicks! Harvey has 2 BIG games under his belt, Jabari FINALLY wakes up and gets involved, while Kenndy and Getsy do their usual. JD opens up the playbook cause it is conference play.Defensivly I have never had any worries and this week will be no different. Good Guys 28Bad Guys 10

    It'd also be great to be in some blowouts so we can get the backups some experience for next season.
    Man....this is very important, especially if we want continued success. I have a feeling we are playing up or down to our competition at times, we need to break this habit. This team needs to go for the kill when it smells blood.

  17. Who's Tailgating for the North Texas game???

    Can someone help me out here and please excuse my ignorance for not knowing but, I am trying to gather a bunch of friends and family to go tailgating with, Is it as simple as get there early to get as close to the bowl as possible and set up shop or is there a designated area that is only for priviledged season ticket holders? Is there a fee with parking in the tailgateing area or what someone please school a brotha!

    Bobby Ake for President....Bobby you put my frustrations into poetic form!! Go Zips!!! Everyone else in Division 1A football :tomato:I don't hate OSU either and i understand Buckzips point about we don't compete for the same recruits as them but as long as we are in the same division in football and play them from time to time they are our competition.

    I think we have an OUTSTANDING defense, and you know the famous saying Defense wins championships!!!Harvey - you are the man! And is it me or do we seem to move the ball better when we are in a hurry up offense?! NIU last year, end of the Motor City Bowl Game and now NCState!!I have no idea which teams are the teams to beat, is BGSU really that bad? Is Miami and Central Michigan really good and just had a bad start? Buffalo being competitive, and OU...OU beating NIU man what is up? How do you have a tailback like Wolfe and lose to OU?If I had to rate teams right now I think I would go with.... 1. Akron - Defending champs with a solid defense and an offense that is showing it can move the ball on anyone when it doesn't make silly mistakes..(see number holding penalties.)2. Western Michigan - we know they are good but are they 21 points better than Toledo?3. Central Michigan - do let the record fool you they have played to top 20 teams and was in both games and should have won the first one against Boston College.4. Miami of Ohio - see above comments same applies here they just took Purdue to the wire.5. Ball State - Losing to Indiana by 1 point looks like they are trying to build off of lasts years success.6.OU - Way to beat last years MAC runner up ;) Maybe just Maybe Solich (sp?) got them moving in the right direction.7. NIU - Maybe playing Ohio State took something out of them. Should they be ranked higher maybe..maybe not! 8.Toledo - After a great showing against Iowa State how are you gonna get your "ears kicked in" by Western Michigan.9. BGSU - you have yet to show us anything10.Buffalo - I am not sold yet they are good, cause we all didn't thing BGSU was that good anyway11.Eastern Michigan - not good but they are better than Can't12.Can't - even though they played Army tough that still isn't a quality opponent, that was a pillow fight!
