Like hurricanes, the first letter of each name follows an alphabetical order. Zoey is the name they will use this season if we get to a 26th storm. Lucas had been playing against the guys over at the rec center during open gyms before the season. The coaching staff took a look and decided he could help the team during practice. He has turned out to be a pleasant surprise.

Glad you guys donate to the Z-fund too. I pay by the monthly payment plan on my credit card. It makes it easy to contribute. I'm sure many on here could easily afford $50-100 a month. You can even designate which sport you would like to support. The majority of my donation goes to basketball. I would highly suggest that for anyone who wishes to support Zips athletics. It's also a nice tax deduction.

I talked to Isaiah at the JAR just after Thanksgiving. He is in Akron and has decided to not go back to play for the team in Sweden. It was not a good fit for him. His agent is working on a few other options including the NBA E-league.

If you ordered tickets through the Zips ticket office they are available to pick up between now and 10 am Friday at Infocision box office. If you wait until Saturday they will be available at Ford Field gate C starting a 9:30 am.

Your right. I don't need to know the stats by the minute. Posting them just about as often as they do for basketball would be fine with me. You just need to pay more attention to the side boards. Over time you will figure out when to look.

It is simply bizarre, in 2017, to have a brand new hi-def scoreboard, 4 high-resolution sideboards, and you don't use them to tell the fans the game point, rebound and foul information. Was this equipment installed simply to have grainy footage of elderly people making out on the Kiss Cam?
Why does Steve French, during his broadcast, tell you how many points or fouls a player has? It's because fans want to know this information.
If I'm at the game, and there are 5 different scoreboards in my immediate viewing area, it is bizarre that I need to check my phone to see how many points Daniel Utomi has scored. It happens no where else in the world but the JAR.
How come they don't show live stats for football?

My niece went to Toccoa Falls college. It is a tiny Christian school in Georgia. I am surprised they even have a team.
