I noticed you can see them in the bottom right corner of the rendering. If you look closely you'll see a small curved video board that has a logo, Twitter bird and fear the roo at the bottom.

I'm surprised they didn't want to update the severely outdated black and orange/yellow graphic boards behind the baskets. It's been an eyesore for a long time. Hopefully this means they have bigger and better plans for that area. Fingers crossed.

They are replacing the boards behind the baskets with new 2' x 13' ribbon boards.

Why not, time to play along.

@ Penn State -  Zips lose in a blowout. Penn State is Top Ten material this year. Other years we've played them they have been significantly less talented.  0 - 1

    vs. APB -  Better be a win.  1 - 1

vs. Iowa State - Much better team than people think, Even at our place, a loss.   1 - 2

@ Troy - If it was at home I might give it to the Zips. It's not. 1-3

@ Bowling Green -  Finally get the BUGS off our back. ;-).  2-3

vs. Ball State - At home and BSU is not particularly good right now, Zips.   3 - 3

@ Western Michigan -  Lot of talent left from a Big Six bowl appearance. And at WMU. Loss.  3 - 4

@. Toledo -  The future Western Champion soundly beats the Zips, and prompts a ZNO hyperbolic meltdown after losing 2-straight.  3 - 5

vs. Buffalo - Buffalo is bad, alternate year, Zips win. :) 4-5

@ Miami - Miami is absolutely a team on the rise, I think they win the East this year. 4-6

vs. Ohio -  Here's this years disappointing loss. Last second field goal knocks the Zips out of bowl contention. 4-7

vs. Kent - Zips feel a little better winning the Wagon Wheel again. 5-7 again.

I see a lot of homers in here.

Penn State Nittany Lions - Not worth discussing 0-1

    Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions - Next. 1-1

Iowa State Cyclones - I expect a close loss 1-2

Troy Trojans  - People seem to forget this was a 10-3 team that lost to Clemson by only 6. They return a lot of players 1-3

    Bowling Green Falcons - 2-3

Ball State Cardinals - This is a 50/50 IMO 3-3

Western Michigan Broncos - 3 TD loss 3-4

    Toledo Rockets - 3-5

    Buffalo Bulls - 4-5

    Miami (OH) RedHawks - 4-6

    Ohio Bobcats - 4-7

Kent State Golden Flashes - 5-7

The only sane posts in this thread. Barring injuries this is the best would should hope for. If we lose a few key players it could be much worse.

  3. You need to look deeper at the cake baker case. The real issue is about artistic expression. The gay couple were longtime friends and customers of the bakery. If they had walked in and bought an off the shelf cake and not asked to have the decorator embellish it there would not be an issue. The issue is does the decorator have the right to not use their artistic expression to create something that violates their beliefs. What would your opinion be if a Nazi group demanded that a Jewish bakery decorate a cake for a rally denying the holocaust?

  4. My wife and daughter also have a right to privacy and protection. The locker room issue is just the tip of the iceberg.

Girls from a swim team in New York City’s Upper West Side are too scared to use the women’s locker room at a Parks Department swimming pool. In March, a sign appeared noting that everyone has the the right to use the restroom or locker room consistent with their “gender identity or gender expression.” Around the same time, the girls, who range in age from about seven to 18, became concerned after they saw a “bearded individual” in the women’s changing room.

Probably when he found out he would be a grad transfer...

Interesting that Noah is apparently a grad transfer when Hilltopper essentially said the opposite just on Friday.

I recall reading earlier in the process that both Noah and Antino would be graduate transfers. Whether that is accurate or not, who knows.

What I said at the beginning of all this was true. At the end of the spring semester neither Antino or Noah were eligible to be grad transfers. Noah chose the prudent path and decided to sit out a year and concentrate on his studies at a reasonable pace. Antino on the other hand is trying to cram an entire years worth of classes into 2 summer sessions so he can get his degree. I wish him luck. If you look closely you will see that the only announcement about Antino transferring to New Mexico was from him. The school can't make any official announcement until he graduates.

  6. Do you really think that everyone in your age group thinks just like you? Here's a newsflash for you, they don't.  I love how progressives seem to try and label everyone and try to use that create divisions in our country. You're practicing your own brand of fundamentalism that says anyone who disagrees with you must be stopped from exercising their ideals because it offends you!

People travel to Alabama, Kansas, Kentucky, South Dakota, Tennessee to begin with?  (kidding)

All for it.  1) Any possibility of eliminating California teams from consideration of any national Title, I'm okay with.  To Hell with California.  And 2) California is just following the trend started in the private sector, so much so it lead to the VP's own party sending him to the political Siberia that is the Vice Presidency.

I mean it's a disgrace that in 2017 we have states passing laws allowing discrimination of any kind. What are the snowflakes in Alabama, Kansas, Kentucky, South Dakota and Tennessee so afraid they're going to catch the gay or something?  That they need to create safe-zones from homosexuals?  It's 2017 America, not 1887, or Saudi Arabia.  We're supposed to be better than this.

You really want to try and compare those states to Saudi Arabia? Lol

  8. Todays kids are front runners when it comes to sports. Only the teams that have a chance to win the "big one" are of any interest to them. And when I say "the big one" I'm not talking about the MAC championship or some second tier bowl game. The MAC basketball tournament does OK because the winner does get a chance to compete in "the big one", March Madness. No MAC football program is ever going to compete for a national championship. We need to accept the fact that 15,000 attendance avg is a realistic barometer of what we are capable of achieving at best.
