I have 4 tickets for tomorrow that I can't use. Section 212, row 1. These are great seats on the 40 yard line. Can be picked up at will call 30 minutes prior to kickoff. Send me a PM.

I tried to embed a tweet today in the Iowa Cyclone thread and it will not work. I get a forbidden 403 messgae.

2PM Saturday crushes my ability to bring my youth teams, since we'll be playing most Saturday afternoons.
Seems like TV is more important to the MAC than actual attendance at the games.

The MAC decides when the games are played, not the UA athletic department. Most of those start times are dictated by TV schedules.

There have been complaints made about the website (mobile version in particular) to those in charge of its administration. Not sure what is being done about it though. I would suggest complaining to this person.

I guess the three fumbles by JoJo in the final game sealed his fate.

I was trying to point out that using your resources to foster healthy eating among your athletes is not new to D-I college athletics.
I'm glad Daniel cut some body fat. But attributing this to miraculous gains in physical performance would be bizarre. And as a few others have pointed out (and I can attest), jumping 10" higher than they were a few months ago would be miraculous.
This is why I am hesitant to post information like I did here for public comsumption. If you want to call the coach a liar go for it. What I described in my initial post is what happened because of hard work and dedication by Daniel, not some sort of miracle.

I've never heard of such a thing. It's near miraculous.
It took a lot of work by Daniel during the summer to get those kind of results. His new standing vertical would have put him into the top 10 of last years NBA combine numbers.

Anyone attend the golf outing yesterday? If so, any interesting info to share?
Groce has brought a nutritionist onto the staff to work with the players. There has also been an emphasis on strength and fitness training. Every player on the team has seen significant improvements in BMI and other biometrics. As an example Daniel Utomi dropped from 18% to 11% fat which allowed him to increase his vertical jump by 10 inches.

The large board is made up of individual panels that are about 2x2 squares. Those are matrixed together to create what ever size board you want. In theory you could make one large video board if you had the proper software and hardware drivers.

I would peg attendance at around 100-150.

JT33 was originally recruited as a tight end I believe.

Wasn't the money split up somehow to make a local representative happy .. and hence the existence of Ocasek Natatorium?
After the scoreboard, the renovation I'm most interested in is some new banners in the rafters with the words "Sweet 16" included. The rest is just good money after bad, IMHO.
Thats how I remember things going down. Ocasek was the head of the education committee and promised to get the project approved but only if it included the natatorium. Rhodes approval was assured with the naming.

I'm thinking the 2' x 13' ribbon boards are the ones in the image on the bottom of the smaller end boards. The part that has the score in the rendering.
2' x 13' is pretty small for the endline space .. but it's not far off of what the rendering shows.
With the addition of the corner boards for stats, the end line ribbons become unnecessary, don't they?
Go Zips!
I hadn't noticed that in the rendering. It probably makes sense to get rid of the old ribbon boards.
