You are missing the point that he just isnt that good...
You have to understand how much talent is actually out there. How many DI schools are there? He didn't exactly impact the MAC. The Euro talent is significantly better as well.
Plus there is a limit to how many non-Euro (or that country, depending on the league) a team can keep on their roster.
So he isnt fighting to make a roster of 15, he is fighting to making a roster of 2 or 3.
So tell me how good K.e.n.t.'s 7-footer John Edwards was?

He's been awesome. Two 4th quarter INTs. Making plays all over the place.
D'Orazio has had some great games. Certainly the offensive MVP to-date. But overall, March is been awesome since the first snap of the season.
Fun to have this debate, instead of "Who is less-worse, Moore or Nicely?"

I think it could be argued that his coach paid his dues to get that Lexus, and if Foster compared his coach's living conditions and Ramen noodle intake at the age of 20 with his own present taco-eating status, he'd have more in common with Coach than he thinks.

Toledo's campus is much better than #7. All of the buildings are collegiate gothic. Plus they have woods and a river on campus.
I think the Toledo campus' grade is lower due to the garish, glorified Children's Palace / Medieval Summer Stock-looking football stadium.

I spoke to Tree and Nick about this very subject on Tuesday. Both of them are on track to graduate. Both of them are planning on playing for the Zips next season and love it here.
I will assume they are on track to graduate in 5 years, not 4?
If so, they will not have their degree until after their 4 years of eligibility has expired. No transfer option exists.

I agree. It surprises me that nobody has commented on the blitz pickup responsibilities. I guess its easier just to say "the refs screwed us."
With only 1 RB in the backfield, a roll-out would have been nice. Pohl obviously didn't see it coming. The play was 0.5 seconds too long developing to be successful. The difference between being "Appalachian State"..."Valparaiso"..."Boise State"...and being a 4-point font footnote.
We had our chance. Sucks to lose, but we persevere. I am Thinking Bigger this week.
