It's been like this all season so far. Even when playing well, we have a hard time finding the back of the net. I think we'll hit a hot streak and everything will cascade from there. We've got one more tune-up match before Indiana comes to town next week. I hope we're ready for that one!

I think we're going to win the fan vote! We came on strong last night to take the lead, but Boise State took it back overnight. Another great response from the Nation has allowed us to pull ahead for good! This speaks volumes to the strenth and pride of the ZipsNation!

Penalties and a lack of pass protection...very poor...i don't know if the defense can hold for the rest of the game. Thankfully, the defense seems to be playing great!

...for some offense...or defense for that matter! 44-0! Ouch! I love it. I love to see Can't lose to anyone; however, I hate to see our other MAC comrades crash and burn too. This could have been a great night for the league, but in the end, CMU was the only team that made it close and they beat themselves. Let's hope Saturday is more lucrative!

How about a cheerleader of the week feature? They don't get any publicity because they don't have player bios on the web and aren't featured in a roster. Write a little bit profiling one every week. Pictures don't hurt either!

Our starting goalie is a stud! There is no way he should take heat for allowing 5 goals. 2 were on penalty kicks where the goalie has virtually no chance.

I totally disagree. That game against Can't is pretty much a home game for us anyhow. And we should have a little bit of momentum after possibly beating one BCS team (most likely NCSU, but we have a shot against PSU) and winning the other two games (CMU and North Texas). I don't think there is any way Can't will beat us. Yes, we will also win against Cincy.

It sounds like anything that could have gone wrong did. I figured this game would be decided by one goal either way. I wonder if UCSB is really that good or if we help them out and played that bad against a team that is just respectable and not elite. I was very frustrated following the game at work on the gametracker. Let's hope the team bounces back against Davidson.

All but one analyst chose NIU to win the MAC Championship. The other chose Akron. At what point is a drug test necessary?...When a supposedly respectable "expert" selects Can't to win the MAC East in football.
