There's a word that starts with P that would be the perfect way to describe the SEC and probably the other power conference schools.

Each plays 8 conference games this year and the POC schedules vary. From the schools I looked at... App State: 1 FCS, 1 P5 (Pay Game), 2 G5 Coastal Carolina: 1 FCS, 1 P5, 2 G5 James Madison: 1 FCS, 1 P5 (Pay Game), 2 G5 Marshall: 1 FCS, 2 P5, 1 G5 Old Dominion: 2 P5, 2 G5 South Alabama: 1 FCS, 1 P5, 2 G5 Troy: 2 G5, 1 P5, 1 HBCU For comparison... Akron: 1 FCS, 3 P5 Kent: 1 FCS, 3 P5 Miami: 3 P5 (Cincy presumably was not P5 when scheduled), 1 G5 NIU: 1 FCS, 2 P5, 1 G5 Ohio: 1 FCS, 2 P5, 1 G5 Toledo: 1 FCS, 1 P5, 2 G5 WMU: 2 P5, 1 G5, 1 HBCU

Looks like 1pm for Freeman's combine appearance.

He did all the measurables at the G League combine. Not sure if we'll see him participate in the same agility, speeding, and shooting drills that were performed today at the NBA Combine. He measured a 7'2" wingspan. Impressive.

A legitimate path is being paved for Freeman to the Association. This is so damn exciting. Nobody deserves it more than him.

All but 4 teams were above .500 last year. Missouri State, ironically, was not one of them. Illinois State, Youngstown State, and Southern Illinois would all fit within the geographical footprint the MAC is trying to maintain. I would absolutely take Illinois State. YSU would be fitting with PCCC & Akron. Their athletics seem to be on the up & up and they have a financial commitment being made.

Can the MAC kill the MVC and poach 2-3 of their schools so we can continue the consolidation of mid major conferences?

I wonder what this means for CUSA team(s) coming to the MAC (i.e. WKU).
