the only reason i agree is that our seniors are not giving us much.play the best guys,and right now both the mck nights are at least scoring for us.at least brett shows some udpside while the some of the guys out are not giving us anything.i just dont understand who was playing in the secind half.bardo,quade did nothing.the defense tonight looked lost,and that includes everyone.giving up 88 points to the last place team is emabarrassing.hopefully this team can go up to bg and win.if not are chances for a bye are not very good.

i cannot wait to see johnson play.if think we will know real quick if the guy is good as advertised.akron as never had the complete back.biggs was a good back.johnson is 230,and fast.we also have a.allen,and d.kennedy so i guess williams could switch.i still wouldlike to see williams with johnson,and a.allen in the same backfield.we need to get more offense threats on the feild.last year we had j.arthur,and williams.

woods is hurt,and ced is either hurt or who knows.he gives us nothing now.dials is the only senior right now giving us anything.terrible effort with no defense.the team should be embarrassed to lose to the last place team at home.i dont understand why kd took either mck night out.we are not a very good team right now.hopefully we can still get a bye,but if we keep losing games like this we will playing nowhere.

the two transfers johnson,and bain have to be big pickups.anytime you get a 300dl that has played in the big ten will help.hopefully johnson is the real deal.how many times were the zips in 3rd and 1,4th and 1 and could not pick up the frst down.we need a guy who can get the tough yards.from what i saw of high films this can fly,and if he is 230 with that speed look out.why not williams in a slot reciever.i just think db will waste his offense breakaway talent.

if teams play zone then you can use goddard if the team is not hitting shots.you have nothing to lose at this point.with woods out we need to light the three ball for us to have a chance to win.i just dont see any teams playing zone against akron now with wood out.if i am vcu i play press d to shut down the three point attemps.

jd must think the rogers is the man.i think thats i risky move to sign a high qb.i still think he should have gone after a jc-qb.jd sees the kids in practive every day so i assume rogers is the starter next year.i just dont see either cj improving that much.maybe going trhough spring ball we also need to decide who the back qb is.i feel good about the ol,and rb.not so sure about wr,and qb though.i think alott depends on harvey and lindey though.

the zips need more home games peroid.quit scheduling away games against bcs teams.every year we have only at most five home games.like ck said we will have a new stadium so why play at cleveland.you can argue about kd schedule,but at least you get to see the zips play at the jar.i dont understand why every year we play on the road.everyone says akron and the mac school do it for the money.if that's the case how are we building a new stadium if we are broke? if you cannot get a return game do not schedule the team.every year we start out 1-3 and that kills our fan base before we even get into mac play.i guess the akron admin just does not get it.

good win by the zips.any win on the road is a goos win.zips need to take care of business the next home game.the vcu game without wood is going to be a real test of this team.the zips will have to be shooting the three ball lights out to win.at this point without woods zips need to win enough to get a buy for the first round.maybe he comes back but i just dont see how in that short period of time j.w. will be effective.

i woudl like to see bardo at the 5 spot at least 20 min a game.we need to get him qualtiy min.the rest of the min betweenc.mckinght,quade,linhart on the four and five spots.i do not see what esle can do at this point.maybe j.w.comes back and get us a few min at trourney time,but cannot rely on that.

hopefully we can win the next two games ,but on the road anything can happen.it would be nice to have game on epsn2 for a change.

i st wondered if harvey and lindsey try to come back next year.this is a dumb question but does jd save a scholly for them,or are do they already have one from when they played.i get confused about how this works?

i just wonder if a.j. s a good blocker.at 230 he is bi enough.the problem is alott of tb are great runners,but rarely ar they good blockers becuase in high they didnt have to be.it wouldbe nice to have them both in the backfiled.we would have allen and kennedy as backups.we should be solid at rb next year

i watched some highlights from andrew johnson in high school.i think he was around only 190lbs.he pretty much outran everyone on the films.if this kid now 230 and the speed he showed on the films look out mac.if he starts maybe we could move williams to a slot back or play them together.

i think dials would be the mvp at this time.nothing against nate but he did not do much the begging of the season.

it all comes down to the three point shot.when our guards make them it hides our weakness in the low post.if we are not hitting the threes we are in big trouble.you would think when we are hitting our outside shots it would open up the post game,but it does not seem to help.plus alott of times our guards come down and launch the three,and dont work the ball around to the low post.we just dont have a big man that can make even the basic plays.like one poster said woods is only about 6-6,and not a true center.romeo took alott of the best post defender for the other team last year.now woods always get the best post defender.

the biggest difference is when mc nees and middleton dont shoot well from outside we lose.when those guys are hitting it gives all four spots that can hit the three.plus we had a hard fought game at Can't and to go right back on the road put them in a tuff spot.i just dont think the zips were ready to play.hopefully they can re-group.all we are really playing for now is to make sure we get a by in the first round.

if ced is hurting jd needs to sit him and get him healthy.i know we are thin at guard but why not play roberts some more min.right now ced is not giving us much.im not saying it's his fault but the facts.

zips are coming off a hard fought loss on the road.then to play at cmu with little time off on the road again is not easy.

i think you are going to have find more min for bardo,or mc knight.woods plays to many min.we need him fresh at the end.even if badro could give 5 min each half would help.

no loss is a good loss,but i have a good feeling Can't is going to be in trouble when they come here to the jar.i also would have to think central is going to get a beat down on saturday if the zips come out and play like they can.bg beat miami,and we pretty much destroyed both of those teams.i think it's a three team race with Can't,ou,and akron.we need to win as many games as possible agianst the west.a loss to any of those teams will kill our rpi

still no qb except for the kid from new philly.i would have to think jd thinks rogers is the answer.my problem is even if he is the real deal what about the backup.i guess cj gets that by default.i still worry that the biggest need on the team qb and jd has not gone after another qb.

i thought nate had a decent year,and played pretty hard.i hope the guy at least gets a look in a minicamp.also at least the kid made it through school unlike a bunch of the guys jd did recruit.i give the guy some credit for that.i seriously doubt to many people on this board would want to line up against him.

great way to start the season with three road games.when will we ever start the season at home,and ever have six home games?

i watched the east west shrine game.i did not see nate robinson.did he play in the game? it's hard to see the d-line though on tv but i did not see him.
