Also, the university it going to save a ton of cash by not having to repaint the first 10 rows of seats after each womens game.

The University, beginning on July 1, 2006, will be the first MAC school to have their own Medical School. Toledo is now one of only 17 institutions in the country that has their own Law School, Medical School, Engineering School and Pharmacy School. Perhaps Toledo should invest more in proctology. So they can help pull their students heads out of their asses.

It's not going to hurt mid-majors, if anything it could help.Big schools are always going to have the best players. At least now their rosters will be turning over every year. Mid-Majors on the other hand have a few years to build a team and bring in players that help, not just players that are going to try to score a billion points so they can get more $$$ in the draft. Big school always have players who leave early, but now their rosters are going to be injected with players who don't want to be there to start with, let alone care about helping the school.

It was ESPN's thing last year for their "expert" Mark May to compair USC to just about every team in history. As it went on, May's scores kept getting crazier and crazier. That was my guess as to what he would have said about Can't.

I know a bunch of people who go to OSU and they are Zips fans. Now that is odd. Apparently students down there really do believe that OSU is the only school school in Ohio. Akron does compete with them for recruits. I will say, some people have an unnatural hatred of OSU. I knew this fat ass who demanded that, in his presence, OSU be called "An Ohio State University at Columbus." Now that is retarded.

if it would have happened to me, i would have taken out the people responsible for my life sucking. Imagine your whole life, everything you have worked for being taken from you. If the SJA was a ligit organization, this kid would still be alive today. If the university wouldn't have brought in a felon to live on campus, and narc on students, then not get a good look at them and just pick a random person to blame, that kid would still be alive. The hulk gave a discription of the suspect being around 6'2" 220 pounds. The kid who killed himself was like 5'11" 170. Thats like mistaking Chad Maraz for Nate Linehart. The U of A blew it, they should pay up.This has nothing to do with republicans and democrats. Its about the University admitting they screwed up big time.

Maybe the SJA will start making students wear special emblems and brand them with numbers so they can keep track of them easier.and as for this Hulk guy. Perhaps someone should make up some crazy story about him and have him taken to the SJA.

They could even just leave it the way it is, and build a central merch shop where you can go to buy everything. it should probably be off campus, because from my personal experience, the people who want the gear the most are people who arn't even students.

If the stadium could be built into the campus and use what already exists, that would awesome. I don't know how many people have seen Oregon's baseball stadium, but it is built right in the middle of campus. The press box is actually a room in one of the education buildings. It is probably the coolest stadium in college.

I love how JD takes a big school appraoch to recruiting here. Coaches in the past would have just waited for all the talent to be taken, then offer up scholarships to crap players who were left behind.

Akron does have a really good graphic design program. I bet some solutions that came out of there would destroy what Akron has now. Plus the university could have got it for real cheap, not thousands upon thousands.

while its true that as long as the player plays big, we'll do fine, but we dont have one guy who would come close to stopping Pitt's monsters. Our best hope is for Caleb Porter to stumble upon a 7'4" 325 pound beast from Serbia, while scouting some soccer players. Maybe the beast hasn't heard of schools like Duke and Texas and OSU, and all he has heard about is how Akron was ranked number 1 in the nation in soccer. Hopefully he will then commit to Akron based on that. Then after we go 38-0, winning by 40 points each game, top ranked players will want to come to Akron. Then we can move to the Big East in football and Basketball. Bringing home a BCS title and a NCAA title, all the while Can't is using bitch players like Kevin Warzynski.
