I updated the first post in this thread with a list of the players from whom we presently have verbals. I count eight current verbals from soon-to-be high school seniors. Additionally, we also have three non-qualifiers from last year's class who will count toward the 2019 class. So as of 6/22/18 we have 11 players for the 2019 class. And, yes, it's 8:50 on a Friday night and this is what I'm doing.

We apparently just landed a LB from Cincinnati. But I haven't figured out who yet.

In watching his highlight film I agree. I don't like his explosiveness (or lack thereof) off the ball. I do like how he can bend at the knees and hips - how low he gets his butt to the ground while in stance. I have a feeling the Zips' strength & conditioning staff's priority will be to get him down to around 305.

The plot thickens... One former player came to Dambrot’s defense, first via Facebook then directly to the Beacon Journal when reached via direct message on Twitter. Demetrius Treadwell started at power forward in 2013 and 2014 and has not spoken to Dambrot since leaving UA. “It’s not true,” Treadwell said of the accusation.

Apparently we're making $1.8 million to play the Sucks. I always like this matchup. Any chance to hold our own, or, heaven forbid, pull the improbable upset, is great. I was at the game when the halftime score was 3-2, Sucks. I think they kicked a field goal on the last play of the first half? I think they ended up winning 24-2, but none-the-less, we looked like we belonged.
