Thanks! I'm watching the first half right now. On the feed that sure looks like Shammah Scott wearing Dawson's #22? Kaleb Thornton getting a lot of PT. It looks like Darrion Baker is the odd man out this game... in the first half at least. Still zero minutes for Ryan Prather. (Someone had mentioned yesterday he may be a little banged up?)

He looked good. Comfortable. Made a couple (a few?) confident-looking isolation buckets without over-dribbling. Hit a couple 3’s (IIRC). He’s got to be so happy to get back w/ friends & Groce Ball.

💯💯 (out of Likes) I'd like to know how many rebounds he finished with. He was hanging right in there, & that Puerto Rican team wasn't half bad.

I think that's 4 threes for Nate. That could be huge. 🤞🤞

I was just thinking the same. I googled Guaynabo City Arena & it has a capacity of 5,500.

Shammah Scott had a rough first half... but didn't look at all out of his depth. He looked fine. Shots just weren't falling & made a couple bad passes... which could be simply the result of not yet having developed chemistry. Tavari is #2 PG. Looks like Thornton is the odd man out @ PG early in the season. (I'm still not a huge fan of Tribble running the point... lots of empty minutes from Greg.) Baker is big! He moves well too. He looks like he's going to be a good one. Did Nate Johnson have 3 threes that first half? If so, watch out world!

The team is apparently taking a trip to Puerto Rico. Does anyone know if there will be streaming for any of these exhibition games?

Just received an email stating they had to cancel the football reception which had been planned for Sunday the 20th 😕

This sounds good to me.At least to begin the season plugging Thornton - a transfer 5th year senior - into the starting PG role makes me a little more comfortable than starting Tavari - a true sophomore. Maybe after Christmas see how Tavari’s looking in that #1 PG role.

I hope they both just had fun 😉
