AHA. Money IS the problem. Easy fix...take money out of the equation. Only use volunteer coaches, all game tickets are free, get equipment companies to donate equipment (or eliminate equipment so the game isn't so brutal), free concessions, free parking, no scholarships for anybody, etc.

Early on, Reggie is more interested in trying to remove an earwig from his ear than answer a question. By the end of the conference, they won't even put the camera on him as he mumbles a response to a question. Priceless.

That is one awful survey. I would love to learn how the survey writer believes the answers to each of the Likert scale questions in the survey can be used to guide the athletic department.
