  1. What? We just played 3 games in 3 days in a "cavernous arena".
  2. Nice....Who can name all of the players in the picture?
  3. Hearts: Perry Kitchen preferred Tynecastle to 'big MLS offer' ...The 24-year-old has returned to the USA to finalise paperwork after securing a work permit that should allow him to complete his move next week. "I was pleased to get him and quite surprised," said Neilson. "He had a big offer in the MLS, but he wanted to come to Europe to get into the USA team more consistently."...
  4. Yes, TheTank123 - Uncle. Bisbee - Grandpa I hope to see Bisbee later this month (if DeAndre is among USMNT roster for March 29th match in Columbus)
  5. Hearts seal deal for USA midfielder Perry Kitchen Scotland, interesting.
  6. Jurgen Klinsmann's verdict on @yedlinny loan move to #SAFC http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/usa-coach-jurgen-klinsmann-says-10930497
  7. Just read an article today that Perry is very much interested in going to Europe. Not so driven by MLS money. I can't post now from my phone but will try to post later. Edit:. http://wapo.st/1OrFPQU?tid=ss_tw article is titled about obafemi martins but scroll down and there is info about Perry.
  8. I'm not sure what Perry is expecting to find. $400k is a pretty good deal by MLS standards. Given that level of money and that DCU has his MLS rights, I'm not sure a deal is there elsewhere in MLS. I don't know enough about salaries in various European leagues to comment.
  9. Columbus Crew SC's Wil Trapp, Ethan Finlay and Tony Tchani bullish on USMNT prospects following January camp

  13. Houston Dynamo follows Bat City Batallion ‏@AustinDynamo 20h20 hours ago @ChrisCanetti just confirmed that Kofi Sarkodie is indeed a Free Agent. 4 retweets 2 likes CORRECTION: @AustinDynamo I didn't say he is a free agent because that is not a fact. I said he is unsigned. We retain his MLS rights. 14. How does an unattached player benefit from USMNT camp? Perry Kitchen is keeping fit with his country as he searches for a new club. http://www.foxsports.com/soccer/story/friendly-united-states-canada-perry-kitchen-future-feature-020516
  15. Totally agree MLS is beyond screwed up. How is it that Zarek Valentin was in Europe for 3+ years, I believe, and yet Portland had to trade with Montreal for his MLS rights? My understanding was that Zarek was over there no longer "on loan".

  17. Good question. I've been looking and haven't seen anything about Kofi other than being out of contract with Houston. Also, I know that Perry Kitchen and DCU couldn't agree on terms, and he is looking to potentially go to Europe. However, he has not found a team. Great picture of Wil, Darlington and Perry at USMNT Camp:
  18. Some excellent team growth. From this on 16 January 2016: Too much potential to give up on the Zips...but right now....this is the worst Zips "team" I've seen in 12 years. to this on 10 February 2016: Whether or not we win an NCAA tourney game or two is up to the Basketball Gods. But this team, when healthy, has the best chance of any that KD's assembled. Hopefully they can keep growing and stay healthy.
  19. I believe he does some punting late in 3rd video (16 years old) above, around 14:20. Looking forward to seeing him in action this Spring.
  20. http://www.alltheedge.com/sports/2015/12/07/fear-the-akron-roo/ Tor also got to watch Akron play UCLA and Akron got the win. ...we did?
