I figured bringing up a dead topic had the same effect as creating a new one so I just wanted to update everyone on what the bands look like now, 12 days later.Keep in mind I got mine an hour after they started giving them out on August 31st. That brings the total time I've had mine on for to 268 hours and counting. And yes its still on.

My sources very close to the team say that DeVoe is in the doghouse and that the coaching staff doesn't know what the hell they're missing because DT is one of the best RBs UA has ever had.But I'd still expect him to get some carries before the end of the season.

I do have to say, I was being a bit nice in my previous post.The fact that they only had the game on about 6 or 7 TVs sucked. This resulted in twice as many TVs showing the OSU game as the Zips game. With about another 2 or 3 broadcasting nothing.When I first went in they had general music playing overhead. Then it was changed to a ridiculous infomercial from Fred Martin that was annoying and kind of pissed me off. After that was ESPN Classic audio from the 2001 World Series. This was left on from about the 7th inning up until the end of the game. Then up next on ESPN Classic was audio from the 1987 NBA Finals, which was changed shortly after player introductions to the Zips game. But I watched the entire first half and part of the second half without the Zips game audio because the only TV with the sound turned on was behind the bar and barely audible from where my gf and I sat(in a table between the first two rows of booths).That being said, the atmosphere was typical of OBC. Very laid back and not very busy at all. They beer was great, food was great, and service was great.I am glad we saw the sign out front and decided to head in, but I no doubt believe they could have done things a little better.I also should mention that the B10 Network they had was not the HD channel. It was still very clear on the large TVs but I noticed when the girl tried to change one of the TVs to the game she put it on the B10 HD channel with no luck before finding the normal B10 channel.

Happy to say that when my girl and I were walking to Barley House, she saw the sign saying "Akron vs. Penn State here" and pointed it out to me.She, like me, is an OBC fan, so we decided to head in.They had the game on a half dozen or so TVs. For the first half, they had some stupid infomercials playing overhead, and then ESPN Classis audio of the Diamondback's World Series win a few years back. On the rest of the TVs they had the Ohio State game. I do give them credit, though, because they tried to put the Akron game on more TVs but were unsuccessful in doing so. During the second half they had the audio from the Zips game playing overhead.So I am glad that I can say I got my Steel Valley Stout and Beer BBQ Boneless wings I've been missing. OBC pulled through for me after all =]

Well I've never been to BH on a gameday so perhaps I will give them the benefit of the doubt and head up there. Hell, at least they are trying.Damn you ZNO! You talked me into it!

I was wondering if there was a specific reason for the watch party not being there.I am not sure if I'll make it to OBC. If I do end up going to any watch parties, it will be there though.

From the beginning, students were going to have to get tickets ahead of time for the Can't and Indiana games. They recently realized how high the demand was going to be for the MS game, thus this blunder. I would have to imagine they will have actual tickets for the Cant and Indiana games. I think these were only given out because they probably did not have enough time to get student tickets printed.

Hey all,I figured I should show you guys some of my freelance photography I did over the summer after I got my new camera. These were all taken with my Canon Digital Rebel XSi with 18-55mm lens using a tripod. I used a technique called High Dynamic Range Imaging(HDR for short). Basically the technique involves taking multiple pictures at various exposures and combining them into a single photo to get very vivid and crisp photographs.
