    I think the wins at OU and EMU are more indicative of this team than the dud vs Toledo. We can lay an egg once in a while (which scares me since our season comes down to a couple nights in March), but we're still a step above the MAC. Unfortunately, so is Toledo.

    Basically I see us winning or losing by fifteen. We lose our cool when we get down a few late. A big exception being the OU game, that was incredible.

    Buckley has a job, and if he thinks Washington is good enough to play there, it would be silly not to bring him. In the future if we recruit a DB and he is interested, does he back off?

    For the record I think it sucks, he was a good recruit. But it isn't some sabotage effort to ruin our class and burn bridges on the way out. It happens.

    You're telling me an assistant coach leaving and taking one recruit that he personally recruited is equal to or less acceptable than a head coach leaving and taking at least 1/5 of his class with him? Just so we're clear.

    Well Vandy's class is down to 3 recruits from 20. Buckley took one recruit, a guy he recruited personally. Happens all the time. And let's not pretend Vandy isn't a bottom dweller without Franklin.

    I don't think the student attendance was bad for a Saturday morning. The top section was about 3/4 full. Problem is they're totally separated and don't have any effect of a student section. But that's a different discussion. The student attendance has actually been really good the last two years.

    I don't have any faith that AA is staying in game shape like Q did during his suspension.

    I honestly don't see us finishing worse than 2nd heading into Cleveland.

    I feel like Toledo played their best game and we played about our worst game. I think we'll see them in Cleveland, but I wouldn't write us off at all. I do think "Think Bigger" has to wait another year. We can compete in and win the MAC, but I don't see any domination happening like last year.

    I see. Was in Wrigleyville for a game this summer and they had all the glasses lined up under the taps at a bar outside the stadium waiting for 10 am. Figured that was the law most places.
