Well, they did put up a poll asking about the new design.I think it could use some work. I've noticed that whenever a website goes through a major overhaul, it essentially goes live while still in beta. Over the course of the next few weeks, you'll see things change, mostly minor things.Zipsnation has a scalable width, and I can't stand when other websites can't figure out how to do it. Usually it comes down to some advertising "web consultant" person telling them that the only way to place successful ads is in a rigid, outdated design that only serves to frustrate people using browsers or monitors made less than 6 years ago.

Both Scout and Rivals have the complete lists now. Guys that they didn't have any info on or even a profile are now up there, given a generic 1-star (for Scout) or 2-star (for Rivals) thing with their name and HS.We should move past Can't once Rivals updates their standings in the next few hours.

At this point I'm not gonna get too excited about Henderson. I'm gonna cross my fingers and hope he gets through his full four years here, but so far our track record isn't exactly stellar with kids like this.I'm hoping they have learned from their mistakes and can get this kid some extra help academically. I think JD and crew have figured out how to keep academic risks eligible, given the past two classes staying completely intact.

Interesting. Last night when I checked Scout, they had Akron below #110, like in the bottom 5. It is a crap shoot, monster hands or not.Scout has been terrible this year. They're just making all MAC commits 2-stars, not even evaluating talent like they used to except for the top few recruits. I would trust Rivals, or even ESPN's recruiting service to do a more thorough job.

Where did we get the room for 24 recruits? Seems like more than one will be greyshirted?

GoZips.com has us at 23 recruits. Tonga, Ball, and some others are still missing.

Scout seems far less thorough than Rivals this year.

I agree. It doesn't make much of an impression when all you see is some steel beams and a giant dirt hole. The biggest benefit will come when prospects actually see games being played there.This stadium will do a great deal for our perception by the local high schools when they begin playing their home games and playoff games on our beautiful campus instead of a concrete and dirt shell carved into the side of a hill by an airport.

I understand that he is a junior, but he could get an extra year of eligibility. I really think he has earned a scholarship for 2010 if he can manage to get his extra year.

The thicker section will be buried by the grass hill, and the upper section will serve as a barrier for the students, I'm guessing.
