It should be well known that we need quite a few guys to step up this year. Most of them are transfers, but some of them are going to be freshmen. Who do you think will be able to step up the quickest and have the most impact?I'll start off with Will Fleming.Will should have no problem adjusting to our game, being the son of UA's defensive coordinator. He will have an immediate impact on one of our weakest positions: DB.Who else will have a chance to step up and make an impact?

I'm hoping you find out that it's just on hold. UA does own the office building to the south of the CBA, and there's plenty of room to build it in between there and Old Stone.

As I read between the lines. UofA we don't want you to walk away from us. No doubt in my mind no matter what Manny claims. They want to sell their blighted properties. They just still want as much as they can get for them and they now know UofA will not pay the 3.1 mil for Joe's I also don't think a real estate broker is going to be able to help Manny come December the new trial date for his IMO, this will be settled through mediation.If a third party is brought in to determine the price, it won't be nearly as much as what they court ordered UA to pay. Here's what might be going on. Could it be that CJ11 is truely better than MR right now, but MR might be progressing faster than CJ11? If JD rules out MR right now, MR might bolt, and we're stuck with CJ11. I wouldn't be suprised to see us rotate MR in for a few games to keep both of them hooked until one comes out the clear winner.What we really need is a blowout win or two, to allow them both to see the field. That's not too likely, however.

Now we've seen what it's like not to have that, and it's not pretty.

It's just like the pre-season rags. They don't bother doing any research, and just base their prediction off of last year's record and how many starters return.

Rasor's blog says he probably won't play too much at RB this season but will see time on special teams.We can't afford to redshirt a kid with that much talent at such a critical time for the program. I say that if he wants to earn more playing time now that he needs to consider playing on the defense, at least for this year. When we lose both Andrew Johnson and Dennis Kennedy next year he can move to the offense, where we'll need him more.

Umm .. actually .. I DID grow up a Zips fan.I grew up a Browns fan. Nobody in my family really cared about college football, growing up. Maybe it's because I was really the first one to actually go to college.There's just too much stuff here for a losing team to compete for attention.
