I'm fron NE Ohio, and my entire life I have loathed the buckeyes. I got out of the Army and into the National Guard, and started attending Akron. The rest wa history, I have become a die-hard fan ever since. The only thing that sucks is missing games due to deployments. I'll be back by the bowl games, and maybe the MAC championship though!!

Ok, so JD has the offense clicking, and the defense is getting much better, but gameday is only half of being a coach. So, how confident does everyone feel about the last few recruiting classes, and the prospects for this year?

I reminded the locals that there is no football team, at any level, within 1000 miles, that can touch my Zips! Lol, it's true...

I recruiting is falling very short this year, even with a new stadium coming. I hink we need to al least put a streak together if we want to prove we can compete. This will be out fourth opprotunity to go above .500, I hope we take advantage of this opprotunity, we need to be thinking bowl game. Our remaining schedule is 10-19 with all under.500. We should go 4-0, I'm just hoping for 3-1.

Jacq threw for 200 yards, and 2 TDs, 0 INTs, got sacked twice and had a 13yd rush for a 1st down. I won't complain about that, I think we are way to hard on CJ11. J.D.'s coaching is what scares me, and I still say lose the defensive cheme.

Think we can become bowl eligible the year before our new stadium's debut?
