while you have a point, as other have stated, the seats should be made available to students.I've stated many times before that I am a huge Zips fan, but I am not a member of the Rowdies. I would jump at the chance to sit at the lower seats for a men's game.What is your reasoning for not joining the Rowdies? My student days have long passed. I'm fuzzy on the Rowdie-Rulz. $10 fee? Seems odd if your a student and there are empty seats in the "student" section, you can't get in unless your a Rowdie? Obviously there are hundreds of Rowdies that aren't even at the game.

Haven't tried it yet, but it's on the "to-do" list. Never got the opportunity to get some "real" BBQ while I was in NC for the College Cup.Old Carolina is very good IMHO. I think they had plans at one time to put a place in pretty close to the Info. I'm not sure what became of that.I went to Old Carolina this Sunday before the big game. Excellent food. I would suggest anybody that likes ribs try this. They have four sauces, Original Classic (sweet), Piedmont #5 (tangy), Original Gold (golden bbq), and Screamin’ Beaver (tastefully hot), on the side, so you can add as much and what you want to your ribs. The actual place is nothing to write home about. 5 or 6 booths and 5 or 6 tables. Seems like most people that came in were ordering to go. It's a pretty far hike from Twinsburg so we ate there. Nothing wrong with eating there, just don't expect a Damon's or Outback-type sit down atmosphere. I would not suggest this place for out of town people. Anybody from the Akron area that likes ribs should ABSOLUTELY try this place.

Make the seats desirable to be in. That is easier said than done, but that's what needs to happen. That's why Youtube Tom gets paid the big bucks.

Thanks for posting this ZB. I agree and disagree. I understand where KD says the team isn't good enough. But I disagree in not doing it. I think more can be gained by losing to a good team than beating a bad team (a couple times early in the schedule).BTW I wonder if his team considers it an insult when he says they aren't good enough for a tougher schedule?

I don't know who TimZip is, but he should quit taking credit for others work.Still one of my favorites:

I think it said SHOWTIME at the top and had our starting 5 in tuxes, left hand extending a basketball and right hand behind them high in the air. At least that's the way I remember it. That's the way I read half these posts. If you told me today that we will end up in the NIT, no I wouldn't be excited, because our goal right now is the big dance and any time you miss your goal your not excited. If we get in the NIT, the day they announce the pairings, I'll be excited. The day of our (proposed) NIT game, I'll be excited. When we (hopefully) win an NIT game I'll be excited. If we get to the final four in the NIT, I'll probably say to myself, hmmm maybe it was better to make the NIT then go to the big dance and get beat in the first round. But I WANT TO WIN A GAME IN THE DANCE. Everybody loves those first round games and those are the most exciting games. Winning one of those games will go a long way for our program. I'm pretty sure everyone feels like this, no?

I'm opposite. I like it. I hope it toughens our team up. I'm excited about Kentucky and plan on going. I bet the players from last year feel like they owe IU one. They know they can play with em with PN16 at the helm.

That's the best news I heard about the schedule so far. I'll be out of town and now I will be able to see it.

Wouldn't you have to break out each conference to show a true result? You could basically do that with any conference showing the higher one with a higher RPI number? What does it prove?

It's not that they cheat for one team as much as they seem to have personal vendettas against certain players. No ref has a vendetta against anybody.

It will be interesting to see if they run the 3-3-5. I suspect they won't.The biggest kick in the teeth to me would be that they run the 3-3-5 and do it successfully.What a change in facilities for Flemming!?!?!
