It sounds like the software developer will create the game, use generic teams and logos, and include editors for uniforms, stadiums, and rosters/players. Creative gamers will come up with the teams and players, and make them available for download. This is something they do now with the pro sports games. Don't want to pony up for a new Madden (or NBA or NHL) every year? Download a roster. There are still guys making rosters for NCAA Football 14. Yeah the uniforms and logos are looking old, but I can still "coach" the Zips.

The floor size of the JAR isn't big enough for a lot of arena events, a lower capacity version of the Wolstein Center would be perfect (although it did sell out for indoor soccer BITD).

They're not going to get rid of the track. That would force them to repair the outdoor track and they show no interest in that...

I've been "working" Canton Charge games, and wondering why Akron never built a facility like the Canton Civic Center. It's not the most modern facility (60+ years old), not the biggest, but they get a LOT of use out of it. I've driven (through Akron) down there to watch indoor soccer, arena football, and now future Cavs. Why did Akron never build a similar facility? Maybe a bit bigger?

Why? I thought that was a good representation of the 50 football fans who showed up this year. ?️

Is there any way of streaming the game (CBS Sports Network) if your cable network doesn't have that channel?

It's been on gozips for awhile. Been thinking of making the trip to Florence. Depending on what the weather looks like.

This was the first Zips game I have made in a long while. With covering the Cavs, Charge, and Monsters as a side hustle I haven't had much time. I picked a good game to get hooked on the Zips again!! Nice size crowd who were into the game, exciting play, and of course a W. I even caught a cush ball and have a shot at a nice prize LOL. I can't wait for conference play to start. I covered the Mac Daddy at the Q last March, I get the feeling there's a good shot the Zips will be playing there this year. I saw something in this team I haven't seen in a long time.

It's not often you can see a college program develop from day one. Although given a choice I would probably take seeing how the team developed under Rick Rembielak. Even though we would still be watching home games at the middle school-quality retention basin.

Very nice. I've seen a few Crushers games there.
