The library today is mostly used as a large study area with some books. It's a place you can study with friends and classmates away from the noise and chaos of the student union. You can also borrow textbooks from there, if you don't feel like buying them. It also has the most available computers for student use. There's an A/V room, a very large tutoring area, a coffee shop, and a walk-in tech support desk. Bierce has books, sure, but that's only a small subset of services it provides for students. They should move some of the stacks into a back area and consolidate to save space. Have a student employee retrieve books if a student requests one of the lesser used books in to be stored in the back.

Yeah, right after I shelled out $6 for 2 cups for my kids. Things like this are little issues though. You probably waste more money than that a week buying soda out of a machine. It's the big things he gets wrong that scares me. What I listed are only football related issues. There are a lot of other sports where I'm sure fans have some issue with a big decision. The guy did thank us for braving the cold. I told him that I had no idea why we were even there...then the football team screwed my misery up and won the game while I enjoyed a hot beverage

Care to elaborate? I'd love to and feel free to add your own: 1. Reno non-issue 2. Hiring of CoachI 3. Upsetting loyal fan base prior to football season with parking policy 4. No golf outing 5. Discounting reserved seats is a landmine in my book These are just some of my problems. There are others, but I think these are pretty big missteps for a guy who has had the job for only one year. We did get a coupon for free coffee or hot chocolate at the last football game. A guy walked around to all 800 people in the stands handing them out.

I have three extra reserved tickets if anybody needs them. Looks like I'll be flying solo to the last two games.

BW could start at QB next week if he likes. Play the man whenever and wherever he wants. He is our best player and should be the leader of the entire team next year. Brian loves the game and maintains a high level of play despite the performance of the team as a whole. He never takes a play off.

I hope we can get a game against them before his players graduate and the team turns the proverbial corner.

Look at the asterisk...while supplies last. Apparently they had bought 2 packs of dogs on BOGO at Giant Eagle. They had to run out and get more due to the overwhelming and unanticipated demand. Remember Captain they have never done this before have they? You didn't lay out the plan well enough for them in your Buckaroo poster. You should have made a tactical game day plan that included actually being ready.

They have run out of hot beverage cups a few times at the Info. I know that Styrofoam cups have a short shelf life and all . They had plenty of coffee and hot chocolate for once but no cups to serve it in. Imagine how these issues would be exacerbated if the info was sold out. They still run most if not all of the stands for a crowd of 3,000 and still can't make it work. Football season=cold weather=higher than average sales of hot beverages=make more coffee=buy more cups. Seems pretty simple to me. What happened to the company hired to run the concessions? Do they handle basketball as well?

So you may have been right but the Zips still suck. Who cares what anybody thinks about players at the beginning of the season. Proof is in the pudding buddy. Nobody should have to show up and defend anything. I hope Nicely turns it around in the off season or Coach I gets a telented QB for the future. Either way it does no good to argue about wh was right months ago.

It really is painful to watch. I'm flipping windows back and fort between Akron/Ball State and Can't/Temple. I was trying earlier today to remember what it was like to watch a college game that mattered for my team. Apparently the last 5 years have caused those memories to be fuzzy. I guess "not losing" is as close as we can get to "mattering" at this point. Sad...really sad. How's the attendance looking at Dick's Stadium? Empty in the East and North Stands.

3rd down and 2 at the 50 with about a min left in the half. Akron is moving the ball well and then a great play call. Shotgun formation run up the middle for almost no gain. I guess coach I just gave up on the FG this time.
