I think we need to give credit to Ball St here as well. They've been playing very well lately and they were at home. Do we have LOTS of room for improvement? Absolutely. But I'm pretty HAPPY coming out of Muncie with a W.+1Davis is a hell of a player.

Making freethrows is extremely important in the mac because teams are always going to be in the bonus. Hit 70%+ like the zips did today and they will win. Hit around 50 and you will lose. The MAC game is won at the line. Keep up the work from the line.

Pretty good first half. awful second half. ABOVE AVERAGE OVERTIME. Good but sloppy win for the Zips. Nick had a great game with a double double and his unmeasurable impact down low. Humpty needs to slow down and pass more often. B. McKnight came on late...other than that nobody really helped but Conyers. He had yet another solid performance.

I know there are alot of "Keith Dambrot worshipers" on here but i dont think we can continue to blame the players for everything that goes wrong. Dambrot shoots us in the foot alot of times with his lineups and schemes.Again, we have no go to five. Mix and match all you want but when the crap hits the fan you must havefive guys you can rely on.Mcnees, McClanahan, Conyers, Nik, Zeke. I trust those 5 to play hard and i want Conyers as my go to guy.Right now Nick is running this game on both ends for the Zips. He has been solid all season. Conyers looks like a Div 1 (non mac) player. McClanahan is ususllay on the bench in favor of hitchens. Your five are our most reliable players. Everybody else needs to be evaluated on a game-by-game basis.

Did some stat research, I guess it's those Zips colored glasses: We're 4-4-1 in 2nd halves in MAC play, and 14-7-2 overall.Please forward to the coaching staff. Nice work Rowdy...not so much zips.

It is like they eat a steak dinner and drink a case of beer at half. No movement and sloppy ball control. The front of the rim is sure getting a ton of action on the akron end.

Can you buy concessions at Browns Stadium or the Q with a credit card? I though they were cash only. The team shop is a different story, though.So will the real team shop be open next year or are they waiting for all of the new/not crappy merchAndise to arrive...

This is just a bad basketball team. We are undisciplined and extremely unathletic. I could shoot free throws better than this team with my off hand.I think our problems are compounded by frantic subbing and a resulting lack of rythm. We really don't have a go to starting five. The constant mix and match result in streaks in o and d.

Heck some of those qualifier kids could just as easily be the next Jacquemain.I say welcome Erick, and here's to you being the next Chester Taylor.I agree. I'll be happy if we can do the basics, run the football, stop the run, punt the ball with hang time, make a 40 yard FG. Everything after that is a bonus.Improved special teams alone would bring a couple of wins more this year. I can't believe those guys were on scholly.

Get all the higher end mac recruits. Win some damn games. See where the program is after that.Probably still in the mac but with some options.
