    Not that it would have mattered at all, but playing a bowl game in the opposing teams home stadium just sounds like a bad idea.

    We had some very untimely injuries this year, but we were still able to make it to the MAC Championship. Gotta keep Bowden for stability of the program. In the words of Meat Loaf 2 (bowls) out of 3 (years) ain't bad. Especially for Akron.

    Our goalkeeper guessed right on all 6 penalty kicks (even the 1st one that sailed over the crossbar). What a shootout and gutsy win by the Zippers!
