I was certainly entertained and I definitely had a fantastic time. Going into the match, I knew it was going to be difficult from the beginning. Missing players like Bradley, Fabian Johnson, and Danny Williams who are key to the US success. US Soccer still lacks depth in top quality talent and it showed Wednesday evening, but they played strong for 60 minutes. It was 1-1 at the half. It could've been worse. As a West Brom follower, Lukaku is a beast. Overall, I certainly like to see a better performance, but it's also a Friendly. Lots of goals, but in the wrong net. I had a grand time. I wonder what the response would be if it was a 0-0 draw from the average fans. Aside from all that, NE Ohio and other surrounding areas proved their is a market for soccer. 27,720.
