Hiring him wasn't a bad decision given his offensive background elsewhere. Not firing him if they lose tonight is a bad decision. But this program isn't serious, so I don't see any chance of that.

What we don't 100% know on Kent State was how much of their struggling was also because Burns was an awful game day coach. Maybe (and it's a stretch) they really weren't THAT comically bad last year and they could surprise people with a couple wins. Still agree with Akron blowing them out here, but I wouldn't be shocked if Kent was just "run of the mill bad" this year and not otherworldly bad.

The rare game where the Zips are the better coached team. Definitely a shot to win here.
