Funny how safety concerns fuel the targeting rule, but they eliminate the halo rule.
  2. clarkwgriswold
Rule has been eliminated. My bad.
  3. clarkwgriswold
    Halo violation.
  4. clarkwgriswold
    Two very different halves.

All too often the activities during the break seem to be on a concrete schedule where no one thinks they can vary from the schedule. As a result, it kills the excitement in the building.

Just imagine of the special teams were even average tonight.

Arms down, crown of helmet to head of opponent. That's getting called every time.

I'm afraid the entire shoe department is going to fall.

These things happen when you launch your self head first.

    Sigh.

    Another targeting?

Nice to see an opponent with a stupid penalty.

OU did not pack spare jerseys.
  14. clarkwgriswold
Wow. Why am I waiting for the other shoe to drop?
  15. clarkwgriswold
    Ummmm, safety help OU? LOL.

Forearm good. Crown of helmet bad.

No idea as to specifics, but apparently he prioritized to put something ahead of the TEAM.

    More miserable special teams play.

Some awful penalties and kick coverage. Offense looks good.

Two drops in the end zone. Ugh.

That was Toccoa Falls College who lost their next game to Mercer by 77! App. State has Iowa State this week which should be a little more of a barometer.

I'm aware of that skip. I think we're just misunderstanding each other's points.

Always tough to tell from the stats, but they look like they can score and have some depth as they've had some nice contributions from their bench. I'm thinking I won't miss Coppin State!

Sorry skip-zip, but I did not say or imply that. My point was that the Zips do not have the on the field talent right now to be successful without their starting QB and that was evidenced by a loss to an awful team. PCCC is one of the worst FBS teams in college football.
