Not saying they COULDN'T have got giveaways planned but it makes it harder when you don't have a director and the Graduate Assistants aren't there for the summer.

Its hard to plan marketing initiatives when you don't have a Marketing Director for the whole summer. The former Director left in May and the new one was just hired. Also, the budget cuts for almost every department in the University don't help.

Probably doesn't exist considering they just hired a new Marketing Director last week.

Which is a good game to have them come to, as it should be an easy win and will hopefully lead them to come to the next home game as well.

I think it should be a good student turnout. They have been making the freshmen very aware of the game, from what I've heard.

Probably on ESPN 2, regionally. I think they do that when they don't have a "big" game to show nationally.

Way off topic but: Who is going to the Pitt game and where are you sitting? Want to get tickets around a lot of Zips fans? Tickets are very cheap on stubhub if you are looking for a place to get them.

Also, they are in the same league as the Lake County Captains. The two teams play each other one more series this year but its in Michigan, not Ohio. Anyways, Congrats Devan!

I don't know if anyone caught this or not but in pictures from the intro video shoot, the players were wearing white Z helmets with blue jerseys and white pants.

Looks as though Yedlin has signed with Roma in the Serie A for $5 Million. However, he will stay with Seattle until the end of the MLS Season.

Devan has been starting nearly every day for Ogden and is hitting .304 with 4 doubles and 2 triples in 20 games so far. He also has 3 stolen bases...Good start to his professional career.

well, thats probably more than they would have had if they had played it in Columbus, based on previous years US Open Cup games played at Crew Stadium.

Indy beat Dayton 5-2 so it will be Columbus vs Indy at FirstEnergy Stadium.
