Offense is still far too fragile to deal with the X & 10 penalties. Tough decision to punt, but I don’t hate it. Should’ve just hit it low and to the middle. Get a good roll and/or hit someone.

I would guess Morgan State and Indiana film. It was worth a shot with Tahj, now go to the hot hand. When you have two QBs, you don’t have one.

I was going to give them one more drive before I shut it off for the day, and they kept me in it. Would’ve been the first flip of the channel all year. The job is far from over.

Hit the QB in the backfield —> huge 3rd down conversion. I can only stomach so much ineptitude. I really can’t wrap my head around how this program has been this bad for this long. It’s one of the most amazing things in all of Division 1 athletics.

Finally a beautiful throw and it’s in a nearly impossible to catch spot. Then alligator armed what would have been a big conversion around mid-field. Sigh.

This must be what it feels like in basketball to be the bad opponent when the Zips are laying at egg at the JAR but finally get it going in the 2nd half and blow them out.

I have so many delicious Ohio beers I’m trying to save for a celebratory post game. I don’t want to waste them on my sadness! I went out after the Morgan State game until the wee hours of the morning, and of course those ones were far from enjoyable considering the trauma of that game.

I’ve never been more excited for a Zip starting QB when he finally got the job. Never panned out, but that win at Kent in 2016 was so damn cool.
