I guess when I think of CBB I tend to think of old arenas. I had no idea the MAC had two schools with new arenas in the 21st Century.

I'd be interested to know the last time a MAC school got a new basketball arena.?.?. I think Miami is getting a new arena but it isn't built yet.

OSU has a game at Washington in two weeks. They will get a lead and then milk it while exposing starters to minimal risk. I'd take OU and the points if I was betting.

If WVU played Nebraska, they would get destroyed. I watched the game. The lack of talent at WVU is pretty bad. Not sure what they were the when they brought Rodriguez back. Never the less, it was a great day for the Bobcats. In the coming years, the talent gap between the MAC and Big 12 and ACC (at the bottom third) will not be as great. The difference between those three and SEC/Big10 will continue to grow.

I didn't raise an eyebrow. I came out and said it. My example was Dave Clawson bringing in John Wolford to Wake to start as a true freshman. The same John Wolford who went 3-9 both of his first two years. The same John Wolford who had non losing records his Junior and senior seasons with a big bowl win over TX A and M. Wolford saved the Wake Forest football program. If the next coach doesn't bring in "his guy" to start as a freshman, the graveyard of coaches will get another.
