Giving the taxpayers of Ohio a good gameday experience could make them believe their hard earned money being spent on public universities is a good thing. A paved highway makes taxpayers feel good. I used to think games against OSU were good for the program. Now I'm certain they are stupid and a sign the athletic director doesn't know what to do to change the culture of the program.
